Our board of directors is made up of citizens, parents and professionals who share our passion for making a bilingual education accessible to all. They guarantee the proper administration of the organization.

EFBA IS LOOKING FOR BOARD MEMBERS

In the interests of strategic planning for 2023-2026, our Board of Directors is hiring members with specific skills for a renewable three-year term.

– Expertise in national and international NGO development (scaling up)
– Expertise in the founding and management of day cares and preschools in California.
– Expertise in the organization of home stays for young people in the US (especially in California)
– Expertise in the creation and management of mobile libraries, preferably in the United States
– Expertise in the creation and management of a games library, preferably in the United States
– Expertise in the creation, management and financing of programs for children from disadvantaged and/or minority French-speaking backgrounds (particularly from Haiti, West Africa, North Africa or the Middle East).
– Knowledge of the International Baccalauréat exam (also called Bac de Genève).
– Experience in fund-raising, especially the creation of endowment funds.
– A legal counselor, in particular for property transactions.
