Why isn’t the location I want listed in this package?
There are three different packages available for registering for the Afterschool Program. If you do not see your location in the package you are looking at, please check the other packages to find the one you are looking for.
Why are the three packages all different prices even though they are all for the Afterschool program?
Certain locations require us to pay a higher cost in order to run. This has led us to charge a higher price at these locations.
I’ve purchased the program with PayPal, what’s next?
Keep an eye out for an email from admissions@efba.us with next steps to schedule your child’s personalized assessment and complete their registration.
Does EFBA charge a fee for signing up with the Buy Now, Pay Later offer?
EFBA does not charge any fees, but please note that the EFBA student discount* will not stack with the Buy Now, Pay Later offer. If you would like to benefit from this discount, you must check out here and pay in full at checkout.
*An EFBA student is defined as students who attended the 2023-2024 Afterschool program, or who are registered to attend the 2024-2025 Afterschool program (application and payment made by 8/29/2024).
Is this a secure checkout page?

What is EFBA’s cancellation policy?
Eligibility for refund is based on the time of the year when a cancellation request is submitted:
- For cancellation requests submitted between on or before July 1st, 2024, a full refund is available.
- For cancellation requests submitted between July 2nd, 2024 through the end of the first week of the program, you will forfeit a deposit of $350 on the class’s tuition and $50 on the Playtime’s tuition, and will be eligible to receive a refund of your paid amount, minus the deposits.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the first week of the program are not eligible for any reimbursement. You will forfeit the entire program fee and will not be eligible for a refund.
When availability allows, you may be able to switch registration to a different week. This may not be possible if the week you’d like to switch to is full. Please reach out to admissions@efba.us to verify availability.
In case of a medical emergency, prorated reimbursement or credit value may be discretionarily granted by EFBA on condition that they provide official proof / supporting documentation by an MD.
When applicable, refunds are processed within 90 days by check or store credit.
